Shipping and Delivery
What are the shipping options and delivery times?
We currently offer standard shipping across the UAE and GCC countries.
UAE: Free delivery within 1–2 business days in major cities, and 2–4 days in other areas.
GCC Countries (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days. Shipping & import fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value.
All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning you won’t be asked to pay anything upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the GCC region.
International shipping to other countries will be launched at a later stage.

Our shipping and import fees are designed to keep things simple, you pay once at checkout, and we take care of the rest.
Here’s the breakdown based on your total order value:
• Orders below 150 AED → 45 AED
• Orders between 150–299 AED → 30 AED
• Orders of 300 AED or more → Free shipping
These charges include:
• Delivery to your door
• Import VAT and customs duties (if applicable)
• Bayan/clearance processing fees
Even if the total delivery and import charges are higher than what you pay, we cover the remaining cost on your behalf.
All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, you won’t pay anything when your order arrives.
